1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the NBAi Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

NBAi is a browser extension that provides analytics and insights for Yahoo Fantasy Basketball. It reads data from your Yahoo Fantasy Basketball account pages and displays enhanced statistics, projections, and tools within those pages.

NBAi is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Yahoo, the NBA, or any fantasy sports platform.

3. Free and Premium Tiers

NBAi offers a free tier with core features and a Premium tier with advanced analytics. Premium access requires a paid subscription processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Your card is charged by Paddle, not NBAi directly.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
To manage or cancel your subscription, visit the Paddle customer portal.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the extension did not work as described.
To request a refund, contact amitsmall89@gmail.com with your order details.
Refunds are not available after 7 days or for partial subscription periods.

6. Promo Codes

Promo codes grant time-limited Premium access.
Each code may only be redeemed once per account.
Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

7. Account Requirements

You must create an NBAi account (via Google Sign-In or email/password) to use Premium features.
Your NBAi account must be linked to the Yahoo account you use for fantasy basketball. This is used to prevent account sharing.
One Premium subscription covers one Yahoo account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account or subscription with others
Attempt to bypass feature gating or license validation
Use the Extension in a way that violates Yahoo's Terms of Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Extension

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that projections or analytics are accurate or that the Extension will work uninterrupted. Yahoo may change their website at any time, which could temporarily affect Extension functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBAi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension, including fantasy sports losses or decisions made based on Extension data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
